you have a project, Maybe you want support and help finding your way but not in a traditional therapeutic context. Coaching and consulting offer a different kind of relationship — practical, forward-looking, and grounded in real-world strategies.
Coaching focuses on wellness, resilience, and helping you take action. It’s about accountability, clarity, and finding steady ground — without diving into therapy or diagnosis. Consulting is where I share lived experience, hard-won perspective, and resources in areas I’ve personally navigated — life as a relinquished and adopted human, trauma, chronic illness, and major life transitions. I don’t claim to be an expert, just someone who’s been there and can help you avoid reinventing the wheel. What it isn’t: Coaching and consulting are not therapy, treatment, or medical care. They don’t replace working with a mental health provider. They’re not covered by insurance. ⚡ Disclaimer: Coaching and consulting services are for educational and supportive purposes only. They are not psychotherapy or medical advice, and do not create a therapist–client relationship. |
